Maintenance Coordinator
A great fit for someone who is organized, service-minded, steady under pressure, and able to communicate clearly with tenants, vendors, owners, and team members. This in-office role involves coordinating maintenance requests, scheduling and following up with vendors, keeping work orders updated, customer service, and helping ensure maintenance items are handled thoroughly and efficiently.
Pay: $24–$28/hour
Maintenance Technician
A great fit for someone who is dependable, skilled with their hands, and able to handle residential repairs in occupied homes and apartments. Work includes basic plumbing, light electrical, drywall, paint, appliances, doors, locks, and general troubleshooting. Customer service, professionalism, tech savvy, and a coachable positive attitude are all highly valued in this role.
Pay: $26–$29/hour
